Since many of our products are printed or customised according to customer requirements, the actual processing and delivery time may vary depending on the product, quantity, specifications and delivery location.

1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight. Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Estimated delivery time for orders within India:

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors such as weather conditions, public holidays, transportation issues, high-volume periods, courier delays or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed after successful payment and after all required order details, artwork and specifications have been received.

For customised and printed products, production may begin after the required artwork or customer-provided information has been received. Processing time may vary depending on the product and quantity ordered.

3. Customised & Printed Products

Many products available on Print Setu are printed or customised according to the specifications selected by the customer.

Customers are requested to carefully check their product details, quantities, specifications and artwork before placing an order. Once a customised order has entered production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

4. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact details while placing an order.

Print Setu will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete or inaccessible delivery information provided by the customer.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

To help us review the issue, please provide:

• Order number or order details
• Clear photographs of the package
• Clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect product
• Any other information requested by our team

After reviewing the issue, we may arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

6. Delivery Delays

While we make reasonable efforts to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, transportation disruptions, high order volumes or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
